You must be at least 18 years of age to use Nulov. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If we discover that you are under 18, we will immediately terminate your account and delete your data.

You may only maintain one active account. Creating multiple accounts, particularly to circumvent a ban or restriction, is grounds for permanent termination of all accounts.
The following violations will result in immediate, permanent account termination without warning and may be reported to law enforcement: any content involving minors in a sexual context, non-consensual intimate imagery, threats of violence, or use of the platform to facilitate human trafficking or commercial sex solicitation.
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant Nulov LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the Service and for promotional purposes.
We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any content at our sole discretion.
Nulov offers free and paid subscription plans (Flame and Inferno). Features and pricing may change at any time.
Except where required by law, all subscription payments are non-refundable once charged. Nulov LLC may, in its sole discretion, issue refunds on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@nulovapp.com to request consideration.

Nulov and its content are owned by Nulov LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our Service without written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. NULOV LLC DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL FIND A MATCH OR ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR USER CONDUCT ONLINE OR OFFLINE. WE DO NOT CONDUCT BACKGROUND CHECKS. USE CAUTION AND MEET IN PUBLIC PLACES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NULOV LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nulov LLC and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Contact legal@nulovapp.com and attempt to resolve disputes informally for at least 30 days before filing any legal claim.
ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION UNDER AAA RULES. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
